Shallow Time (excerpt) - 2022
In September 2022 I returned to the site of my grandparents house - a house that had stood for less that 50 years and was demolished along with all the other houses on its street some time before 2010. I had taken with me a tape of songs recorded by my cousins, my sister and me that had been sung in the house by our parents and grandparents when we were growing up. The tape was unwound, rewound and played on the site of the house.
